Avery Associates Architects

This mixed-use development on a landmark site in Pimlico consisted of
residential, retail and art-house cinema use totalling 10,400m2 (111,887ft2).
The design was intended to reinforce the commercial viability of an adjacent
market and form a new social focus for the community.
