The plan proposes the demolition of the existing buildings comprising some
14,780m2 (160,000ft2) of mixed-use, office, retail, residential and car parking,
and their replacement by a new high quality office building suitable for
corporate headquarters use or as a multiple tenancy.
Located not far from
the Neathouse Place project, the design used similar formal elements but
responded more specifically to the different contextual character of the
peninsular site and the importance of the two corners.
