Having outgrown its existing warehouse and offices, the company wanted to
create a new headquarters that would not only be a pleasurable place for
its staff and be an exemplar of the highest environmental standards but
would also celebrate its business and passion - dance.
The offices peak out
through the vegetation, with colourful reveals, in a similar manner to the
projects for the Old Bailey, Newcastle College and Shanghai, and the entry
is seen as a 'slice' into the building to reveal its contents. The slice however
is not a regular cut, but wriggles as if with male and female curves, dancing.
