The project called for the conversion of a 8500m2 (91,493ft2) Listed Building close to Euston station into a state of the art conference facility.

It will offer four conference floors each with a main suite of 186m2 (2000ft2) and annex rooms ranging from 16m2 (175ft2) to 112m2 (1500ft2).
