Consisting mainly of 15,330m2 (164,926ft2) of office space, the proposal
sought to create a dynamic plan arrangement in what was termed a 'social
focus' approach. All departments were arranged as autonomous
communities around three sides of a glazed atrium 'pinched' at one end -
as if to frame a short 'cut' or 'bite' of the passing street life below.
